PRICING: Prices on this website are effective at the time of publishing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will not be removed regardless of tax exempt status. Although we strive for complete accuracy, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. - Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it by offering a refund or exchange if necessary.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This will ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Restocking fees may apply to returned items.
Refund Exceptions:
If you have not received your refund within 30 business days after it was approved, please contact us at sales@exacttooling.com.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
To modify an order (e.g., change the shipping address), please reach out within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.

SHIPPING: We are a B2B industrial supplier. We encourage customers to have orders shipped to a valid business address. Due to high amounts of mail fraud from residential shipments customers requesting an order ship to a residential address will be shipped at your own risk. Claims on lost or damaged packages will be placed directly with the shipper (UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS, Freight Truck Carrier). Any legal or financial disputes related to residential shipment will result in your account being terminated. All costs associated with recouping products or money owed from the order will be charged to the customer. Any amount due as a result of disputes will be sent to collections and reported to credit agencies. By ordering from us you agree not to dispute charges based on claims of lost or damaged shipments.
REFUNDS & CREDIT CARD DISPUTES: All orders must be returned for a refund. Claims of damaged products or incorrect products being received must be returned and inspected before refunds are issued. We will not issue a refund until the products are returned to us.
RETURNS ON MEASURING TOOLS, HARD JAWS AND BOOKS: Measuring tools and hard jaws can be exchanged for the same item only. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct measuring tool or hard jaw for your application. If damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange measuring tools or hard jaws for the exact same item to ensure your satisfaction. No credit will be given, exchanges will be for the exact same part only. There are no returns or exchanges on Books, all sales are final.
WARRANTY: As the seller we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, workmanship, fitness, quality, durability, or suitability of the merchandise in any respect including its fitness for the purpose and uses of the buyer. The only warranties applying to materials sold are those specifically provided by the manufacturer. Seller further makes no express warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with respect to any changes, alterations, or modifications made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. The obligations of seller are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or its sole option, to the refund of the purchase price. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits).
