Bridge reamers are heavy-duty tools designed for enlarging and aligning holes for rivets. Ideal for use in the construction of structural steel assemblies, bridge and ship construction.
Hex shanks are used higher speed machining operations due to its angled shape. They are constructed of six sides and fit into a quick change chuck. They are commmonly made of a 1/4" shank.
High speed steel (HSS) provides good wear resistance and can be used in general purpose applications for both ferrous and nonferrous materials.
